some certitude, a little celtitude

So in the end, I fear I won’t ever understand why, within the frame of a single national entity, some peoples are entitled to claims based on Celtic grounds that are taken seriously on the European level, whereas for other « sub-peoples » the same grounds (plus quite a few others!) are at best acknowledged as mere literary data… Who is to blame? Difficult to determine…
Don’t  see any offence. I just happened to think our common fights were sort of Siamese twins, very much on the same line.
The words Pàrlamaid na h Alba are ringing in my ears.. But it may have been one of those freakish dreams of mine…
